Personal Training
It’s our job to get you toned and feeling special for your happy day and we do take it very seriously. This is not just a normal personal training session.
You will be given a nutritional manual. This explains everything you need to know about food, incorporates an exercise programme and a food diary, which enables you to continue your training and lifestyle changes at home
Your weight and measurements will be recorded on the first session and continue throughout the training session every month
We will make the sessions fun for you and not boring! They will include a mixture of cardio and strength training delivered with a friendly approach. You can choose whether to train in your own home, outdoors or in a studio environment with a fully qualified trainer.

Costs
Pay as you go
Individual (one – one) £45-60 (0ne hour session)
Bride and Groom (couple) £850-1000 (12 weeks)
Friends and family of the Bride and Groom (group) £35-40
